Rejuvenate | Hatha Slow things down with gentle movement, deep stretches and hip openers, followed by a cozy wellness social created to help you unwind and reconnect.

Rise | Vinyasa Move through an uplifting Vinyasa Flow, followed by a refreshing wellness social designed for connection and discovery.

Your Experience Includes:

• 60 minutes of guided yoga class
• 30 minutes wellness social
• Curated wellness sampling for each guest
• 4-6 guests ~additional guests $50/person (max of 10 ppl)
