At Herrrr Wellness, we want you to feel confident and cared for in your wellness journey.

Because many of our products are consumable, ingestible, or personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

We gladly offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was lost in transit

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used wellness products

  • Ingestible products (including supplements, functional drinks, and CBD products)

  • Personal care items (including bath and body products)

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Pre-order items after 24 hours from purchase

We appreciate your understanding, as these guidelines help us maintain product integrity and safety for all customers.

Changed Your Mind?

If your order is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
