Yoga Terms & Conditions

Participant Agreement & Waiver

By registering for and participating in yoga sessions offered through Herrrr Wellness, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Student Teacher Notice
These sessions are led by a yoga teacher currently completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training practicum. Instruction is provided as part of supervised practical teaching hours.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in yoga, movement, breathwork, and related wellness practices involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, dizziness, discomfort, or other physical reactions.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and am physically able to take part. I understand it is my responsibility to listen to my body, practise within my own limits, modify or stop at any time, and seek medical guidance where appropriate.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Herrrr Wellness, its instructors, student teachers, affiliates, and hosting venues from any claims, liability, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in these sessions.

By attending, I acknowledge that I participate at my own risk.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to inform the instructor before class of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, pregnancy, or concerns that may affect my participation.

Bring Your Own Equipment
Participants are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat and any desired props, including straps, blocks, blankets, or other supportive equipment unless otherwise stated for a specific session.

Arrival & Preparation
Participants are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare their practice space.

Consent
By booking or attending a session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
